Mary Rice-Boothe, EdD, has more than 25 years of experience in education as a teacher, principal, principal coach, and curriculum designer. She owns Leading-Within, LLC, a consulting organization that supports and advocates for leaders in K12 education through advocacy, coaching, research, and writing.

She is also the Founder of THINK360 Academy, a microschool focused on supporting students who are neurodivergent.

She is the author of Leading Within Systems of Inequity in Education: A Liberation Guide for Leaders of Color and is writing a second book focused on building contextual intelligence.

She lives in Central Texas, with her husband, daughter, and son.
