Mary Rice-Boothe, EdD, has more than 25 years of experience in education as a teacher, principal, principal coach, and non-profit leader.

She owns Leading-Within, LLC, a consulting organization that supports education leaders through coaching, teaching, research, and writing.

She is the author of Leading Within Systems of Inequity in Education: A Liberation Guide for Leaders of Color and is writing a Navigating Power, Harnessing Possibility: A Guide to Leading Schools Through Uncertain Times.

She lives in Central Texas, with her husband, daughter, and son.
